About Habitat for Humanity

Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Changing a plot of dirt into a house is dramatic, but the real change is what happens when a family transitions out of poverty housing. At Habitat for Humanity, our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Affordable homeownership makes new opportunities available to these families and their children, including savings, a sense of security, space to grow, and good neighbors.

Habitat Wake is an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical housing ministry.
